11 CHAMPAGNE RUINART BRUT NV A yellow colour with golden glints and a crystal-like brilliance. On the nose the wine is delicate and fresh. White-fleshed fruit (pear), and scents of white flowers (acacia). The palate is perfectly balanced and fresh with an extremely long finish. RUINART BRUT ROSÉ Intense, fruity and aromatic, Ruinart Rosé owes its sensual elegance to the marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes. BTL GLS PROSECCO PROSECCO SPUMANTE, VALDO ORIGINE, BRUT Straw yellow colour, joined with a fine perlage and a fruity taste are the distinguishing features of Valdo s Brut Prosecco DOC. NEW WORLD SAUVIGNON BLANC: STONELEIGH MARLBOROUGH, NEW ZEALAND Lively grapefruit and passion fruit aroma. Explodes with vibrant fruit flavours on the palate and a long citrus finish. OLD WORLD SAUVIGNON BLANC: T AIR D OC FRANCE This alluring wine combines tropical fruit with Sauvignon s benchmark acidity and freshness. 13 RED WINE CABERNET SAUVIGNON: CASILLERO DEL DIABLO CHILE Luscious sweet, plumy fruit. Full and rich with a long chocolatey finish. MERLOT: DOMAINE DE SAINTE ROSE, LE MISTRAL FRANCE A deep purple appearance with an initial palate of complex black fruits, spice and hints of pepper leaving the palate with hints of chocolate and mocha. The soft, ripe tannins make this an extremely enjoyable wine. RIOJA CRIANZA: VINA BUJANDA SPAIN A well-made traditional style Rioja aged in American oak for 12 months giving it notes of toast and coconut on the nose, and a creamy spiced vanilla on the palate. SHIRAZ: DE BORTOLI, VAT 8 AUSTRALIA Dark, earthy, berry fruit flavours lifted with a peppery punch leading on to a long, creamy finish. PINOT NOIR: STONELEIGH, MARLBOROUGH NEW ZEALAND A bright, silky, beautifully balanced red wine with cherry fruit notes. DESSERT WINE ARALDICA MOSCATO PASSITO, PIEDMONT ITALY Honeyed, rich and intense. Ripe apricot fruit and a buttery toffee character behind the typical fresh grape aromas and floral orange blossom notes.
