2 HELPFUL ADVICE How Much Food Should I Order? Only you may know how much your guests are likely to eat. We can help with the following guidelines. Finger Food Between meals 5 6 pieces Replacement meal pieces Main Meals Our main meals are designed to feed 10 people. The table below gives an approximate % of Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for 1 serve Salads Dish Type Beef Casserole Chicken Casserole Lasagna Serve Size 220g 220g 300g Approx % of RDI 30% 20% 24% Our salads are designed to feed at least 10 people but, as a side dish, it is much more difficult to quantify a serve.
