4 Our team have been going to Carnegie Christmas party nights for the last 3 years. We don t even look for alternative venues, it s always Carnegie. Join us with friends and colleagues for a party night to remember. Enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared 3 course dinner then take to the dance floor, where our resident DJ will keep you dancing to the latest sounds and party night favourites. Corporate and Private Parties If you would like to have the place to yourself and host a private function at Carnegie Conference Centre, then your wish is our command. We will run through all the options available to you and help you to arrange your exclusive party night. 8 Hogmanay Celebration 36 per person Whether you are celebrating the success of 2017 or looking forward to 2018, there s no better place to bring in the bells than the best party in town. The evening is relaxed and informal and kicks off with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival followed by a two course buffet dinner and a disco. 10 Your Party Extras A fully licensed bar will be available to you, however, we also offer you the opportunity to pre-order and purchase bottles of wine or beer in advance of your chosen party night or lunch. Please ask staff for details. Stay Over There s no better way to round off a fantastic Christmas party than by walking only a few steps to your bed! Don t worry about how you are going to get home or decide who the designated driver is, stay over at the Holiday Inn Express hotel right next door to us. Set in the grounds of Carnegie Conference Centre, the hotel offers modern, comfortable rooms with easy access, family rooms and specially adapted rooms for disabled guests. Party night accommodation from only 49*. Hogmanay Celebration accommodation from only 79*. *Price per room, per night and includes a hot buffet breakfast, subject to availability. For accommodation details call or visit Booking Terms and Conditions All prices include VAT A 10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking within 2 weeks of your enquiry. The full balance is required 6 weeks prior to your event. Bookings made after Friday 3rd November must be paid in full within 5 working days. Regrettably, if you cancel all or part of your booking, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Carnegie Conference Centre cannot be held responsible should any of the entertainment acts cancel at short notice. However, this is exceptional and we will endeavour to ensure that a suitable replacement act is sought. Carnegie Conference Centre reserves the right to cancel any event should it not prove viable to run. Under these circumstances a full refund would be offered or alternatively you would be able to transfer to another night. Free parking is available within the grounds of Carnegie Conference Centre. Please note that all cars are parked at the risk of the owner. Parties of 4 people or fewer may be required to share a table. Parties of 50+ will have special Terms and Conditions.
