All alcoholic beverages to be served for the function must be dispensed only by the resort s servers and bartenders. Proper identification is required to verify a person s age. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either underage or the proper identification cannot be produced. It is the policy of Chestnut Mountain Resort, in accordance with Illinois state law, to strictly prohibit any beverage to be brought into any banquet facility by guests. The Buffet Choices Package Bar Service Package bars are often practical when it is important to know in advance the cost of your entire event.
