3 MEETING ROOMS & S E T U P MCDOWELL A & B per day Our 1200 square foot McDowell Conference Room can be set classroom style for up to 70 people. Theatre Style for up to 80 people, U-Shape or Hollow Square for up to 36 people and with 60 rounds for up to 70 people.. MCDOWELL A OR B per day Our larger McDowell Room splits by air wall into two 600 square feet rooms. Each room can accommodate up to 35 people Classroom Style, 40 people Theatre Style, 18 people U-shaped, 21 people Hollow Square, and 35 people with 60 Round Tables. OTHER MEETING/ EVENT AREAS (not available during breakfast and dinner hours). $ varies Ask us about our unique areas to host your event. The Garden Grille & Bar seats up to 50 people

4 Our outdoor patio, adjacent to The Garden Grille & Bar can accommodate up to 25 people for a standing or seated reception. This area is accented by a roundtable fireplace. A twenty-two percent service charge and applicable state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage arrangements.

HILTON HONORS per person Fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, juicy sausage links. Homemade French toast with powdered sugar and maple syrup, accompanied by a fresh seasonal fruit platter, an assortment of muffins, pastries and yogurts with granola. ALL AMERICAN BREAKFAST per person Fluffy, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and juicy sausage links served with seasoned breakfast potatoes. Accompanied by assorted pastries, muffins and a toast bar including: assorted breads and bagels with butter, peanut butter and jellies. Granola bars, oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon as well as a variety of yogurts and a fresh seasonal fruit platter. MY WAY BREAKFAST per person Minimum of 25 people Simple, made to order omelets your way cooked and served in the banquet room. Omelet toppings include: shredded cheese, green or red bell peppers, ham, bacon, sausage, spinach, tomatoes, and/or onion. Station accompanied by crispy bacon, juicy sausage links, breakfast potatoes and assorted pastries and muffins. A toast bar including a variety of breads and bagels with butter, peanut butter and jellies. Granola bars, oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. 21 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES We have a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, spirits and wine available for your event. All alcohol will be subject to brand pricing and availability. A set up fee of $75.00 is charged for all Beer/Wine only bars. A set up fee of $ is charged for full bar set up. An $80.00 bartender fee will apply. Bars are set up for a maximum of 3 hours, unless arranged in advance. All state and local laws will be followed without exception. We reserve the right to end the bar, without refund, if we feel the integrity of the service is challenged or if a violation of the law has occurred.
