2 Welcome to Premier Catering Please take a moment to review our business guidelines to ensure the most positive experience with Premier Catering! Premier Catering offers very competitive pricing along with superb quality, taste and customer service. We're located on the University of Chicago Campus and our loyalty and focus is always to the University Family! Business Hours: Premier Catering operates daily Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. Orders that require delivery before or after these times will incur additional fees. Minimums: We appreciate minimum orders for 10 guests on most of our menu items. Hot Buffets require a minimum order for 20 guests. Deliveries outside the Hyde Park Center will be charged a $15.00 delivery fee and require a minimum order total of $ Pricing: Menu pricing is for food and beverage drop-off only. Premier presents all food items in quality foil, paper or plastic packaging. Pricing for china, wait staff or specialty linens will be provided to you in an event proposal upon your request. Please contact the catering office for further details. Ordering Guidelines: We appreciates at least 48 hours notice for catering requests, although we understand that last minute orders may arise, we will work with you in order to accommodate your needs. As a courtesy to our off-premise clients, we offer pick-up service in the Everett Kovler Café for clients not meeting the minimum order requirements. Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. University of Chicago clients can be invoiced. Clients must provide billing information when placing an order. Please provide billing contact name, address, department, suite number and phone number. ** Any Non University of Chicago Clients placing orders will require a credit card for payment. 2
