12 A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of per adult and 5.00 per child is payable to secure the booking. A deposit needs to be received within 14 days of the booking being made, if not the booking will automatically be released. If the booking numbers decrease the deposits will be ffeited All balances need to be paid by Thursday 1st November Any final balances not received by this date will result in the booking being cancelled.
