His mentor and teacher was his grandmother, from whom he learned about beautiful, fresh ingredients and their power of good food and company. He followed the family footsteps, which led him down a path of catering; from hotels, contract catering, to teaching in colleges, all of where he worked for 5 years in Angus Steak House in London were he was than promoted as use good quality product that s in season to get the best taste.
