Orders placed in excess of $ require a deposit of 50% of the total invoice one week (7 business days) in advance of the event. Payment can be made with Credit Cards, Money Orders, or Checks. We do not accept cash. PLACED ORDERS: When placing an order, a minimum of five days notice is recommended to ensure that your order and services will be accurate. Orders placed or changed within 48 hours of you scheduled event will be charged an additional 20%. Orders or changes placed within 24 hours of your scheduled event may not be filled at all. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order, a minimum 48 hours notice is required. Events canceled the day before you scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total invoice. Cancelations the day of the event will be charged 100% of the total invoice. SERVICES: All orders are charged a 10% delivery fee and is reflected on the final invoice. a minimum 4 hour fee per server, is charged for servers and buffet line attendants. (When servers or attendants are requested, this charge will also be reflected on your invoice.)
