2 Crabbs Barn All Inclusive Package Thank you for considering Roamers Caterers for your special day. Please see below a summary of the four options available to you within the All Inclusive Package. Diamond Package 4 Canapés, 3 course meal and an evening option. Silver Package 3 course meal, table flowers and an evening option. Deluxe Barbecue Package 4 Canapés, 5 meats, 5 sides and an evening option. High Tea Package 8 Savouries, 5 mini desserts, table flowers, an evening option, and 4 canapés. Unsure what you d like? 3 Diamond Package The Diamond Package is the most popular package for our couples. A formal sit down three course meal, it s the perfect choice for a simple day. Starter Smoked duck salad with mango purée. Chicken liver parfait with ciabatta bread and red onion chutney. Salmon Gravadlax with a creamy sauce and cucumber salad. Leek, ricotta and gruyére tart served with a salad garnish. Smoked salmon, prawn and lemon tart served with salad garnish. Soup of the day with Gruyère croutons. Thai fishcakes with a sweet chilli mayonnaise and side salad. Main Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast stuffed with feta and wild mushrooms. Peppered sirloin of beef served with Dauphinoise potatoes and a red wine and Port jus. Lemon and thyme butter basted chicken breast with asparagus. Slow roasted pork belly on a bed of mash with a creamy West Country cider sauce. Rump of lamb with a herby mustard crust, crushed Niçoise potatoes and a shallot gravy. Salmon coulibiac draped in a sparkling wine sauce with butter and sea salt new potatoes. Vegetarian mains Potato rösti topped with roast vegetables and goats cheese. Roast Mediterranean vegetable lasagne. Chargrilled vegetable en croute served with a oregano and tomato sauce. Dessert Salted caramel chocolate pot. Triple chocolate brownie. 4 Silver Package We have partnered with a specialist wedding florist to include flowers within our silver package. Get in touch to book a free consultation. Starter Goat's cheese and caramelised onion tart with a balsamic glaze and salad. Bruschetta topped with mozzarella, chopped tomato and basil. Breaded camembert with parsnip crisps and a cranberry and apple chutney. Bacon and goat s cheese Caesar salad with olive oil and sea salt croutons. Prawn cocktail served with a crunchy salad. Fan of melon with kiwi, raspberries and raspberry coulis. Main Chicken Wellington stuffed with sage, onion and spinach and a creamy mushroom sauce. Pan fried Norfolk chicken breast with sweet tarragon gravy. Cider glazed loin of pork with a sage and onion stuffing. Slow roasted beef served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding. Homemade steak, red onion and ale pie. Redcurrant and rosemary glazed leg of lamb with an apricot stuffing. Trio of sausages on a bed of mash with an onion gravy. 5 Deluxe Barbecue Package If you're looking for a relaxed, informal day, and love the aroma of fresh food cooking on a roaring barbecue, then the Deluxe Barbecue Package is for you. 6 High Tea Package A high tea is a great option for your vintage themed wedding. This package provides an excellent range of savoury and sweet items served on tiered cake stands and platters. Savoury Choose 8 Finger sandwiches, savoury wraps, sausage rolls, pasties, cocktail sausages, mini tartlets, scotch eggs, chicken satay skewers, smoked salmon blinis, vegetable samosas, mini pork pies, red pepper and parmesan muffins, tiger prawns in crispy crumbs, breaded chicken goujons. Price based on 120 guests, location dependent Hot Breakfast Style Rolls Down the Seafront Italian Night All the below options come with a vegetarian option as standard Selection of bacon baguettes with chips and a selection of condiments.
