1 2017 CAMBRIA COUNTY FAIR PREMIUM BOOK DEPARTMENT 10 -, DEPARTMENT 11 and DEPARTMENT 15 CLASS BAKED GOODS & CANNED PRODUCTS RULES & INFORMATION 1. All Exhibits must be made by exhibitor from scratch. Awards will not be paid for commercial products. 2. Exhibitors may not enter more than 1 exhibit in a division of a class, unless otherwise stated. 3. All entries should be, plated, and plastic covered, however exhibitors name should not be on exhibit. 4. Entries will be taste tested unless otherwise stated. Judges will score on: Eye Appeal Size & Shape Color& Sensory Qualities Flavor & Moistness Grain and Texture 5. Please check schedule for Intake Times. 6. Baked products will be sold in the Ag Building Annex, on Sunday Morning Opening Day of the fair beginning at 9:00 am. 7. There will be refrigeration for those exhibits that require it. Please bring this to the attention of the building staff and they will assist you. 8. All Entries will be cut into, (unless otherwise stated) and put on display as required by the Department of Agriculture.
