2 General Information Our mission as a branch of the support services department is to provide you with the highest quality food, at reasonable prices, while providing outstanding customer service, always on time, at any function throughout the district. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner caterings as well as appetizers, snacks and beverage service. Please ask about items you do not see on the menu. We are here to meet and exceed your needs. Catering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We will return the next day to retrieve all our equipment and utensils. The set up and tear down is included with orders with the exception of late evening caterings in which case the manager will contact you to discuss. Delivery is free of charge to any district campus. Deliveries outside the district will be limited and a fee will be assessed on an individual basis. Contact the Manager to discuss. There will be an Upcharge for Saturday Catering orders of $ You are welcomed to take home any food items that are left from your event. However, you will be charged the replacement cost for any missing trays, baskets, bowls, utensils, etc. Thank you for supporting the catering program at Irving ISD. Download and complete an order form at Click on Departments Click on Food & Nutrition Services On the left side near the bottom click Catering Open desired order form (Breakfast, Lunch or Snack) 2. Complete the form and return by to catering@irvingisd.net 3. Once we ve received your completed form you will receive an confirmation from the Catering Manager. Catering requests should be submitted at least one week in advance. All events are booked on a first-come firstserve basis. We will make every effort to accommodate last minute orders. Please call us at ask for Maria, Catering Manager. All changes and cancellations without a minimum 24 hour notice may be assessed a fee. We look forward to serving you!! 3
