SPICED PARSNIP AND CARROT SOUP Served with warm fresh chunky bread. STILTON MUSHROOMS NOEL Creamy mushrooms topped with stilton. TURKEY GOUJONS With a spicy cranberry dip. 2nd Course TRADITIONAL HAND CARVED ROAST TURKEY Served with home-made roasts, creamy mashed potatoes, pigs in blankets. Accompanied by buttered Brussels sprouts, sugar roasted carrots & parsnips, stuffing and homemade turkey gravy. FESTIVE BURGER Homemade beef burger patty with crispy smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, cranberry sauce, lettuce and tomato on a soft brioche bun with triple cooked chunky chips. CHARGRILLED RUMP STEAK ( 2 SUPPLEMENT) Prime rump steak cooked to your liking & served with peppercorn sauce and chunky triple cooked chips. ROASTED WINTER VEGETABLE SOUP Carrots parsnips and butternut roasted and used to make this delicious rich and creamy soup. Served with warm fresh bread. GARLIC MUSHROOMS Fresh mushrooms cooked in garlic butter served on a toasted crouton. BRANDY CHICKEN LIVER PATE With a spiced cranberry chutney. RUMP STEAK Prime rump steak cooked to your liking with peppercorns, brandy and cream. SALMON FILLET With prawns and lemon butter. CHICKEN FILLET Chicken fillet wrapped with streaky bacon & topped with fiery jack cheese served on a warm homemade chutney sauce. BEETROOT AND GOATS CHEESE FRITTER V Fresh grated beetroot combined with mashed potato and goats cheese crumbed and pan fried until golden, served with roasted cauliflower and a cranberry and orange salsa.
