11 GENERAL INFORMATION Food Packages Food, Beverage, and other services will be subject to state and local taxes and an 18% Gratuity will be applied. Food Truck Fee: Catered events with the Food Truck require a minimum of $800 for 2 Hours or Less for Lunch events. All events greater than 2 Hours require a minimum of $1000 and $1500 for Saturday events. All events greater than 2 hours will include a $300 Travel and Set-up Fee in addition to the catering costs. Traditional Catering: Phyllodelphia can provide traditional catering without the Truck. Booking Confirmation: 50% Deposit required to secure booking for Food Truck and Traditional Catering Events. A signed confirmation letter with Credit Card information must be received. Bills can be paid with Credit Card, Cash, Cashier s Check. Personal checks are not accepted.
