5 Braten Infra-red Grill using Gas That complicated technology has been accomplished by FiberTech. Grills by other companies produce heats through the light of electric lamp and cook with the radiant heat. Therefore the cooking time is long and glaring is produced by the light. Braten Grill produces the infra-red rays of high energy through the heat from the gas burner. The infra-red ray penetrates objects and delivers the energy into the meat; the penetrating energy, the heat, cooks the outside and inside of the meat simultaneously so that the cooking time is short and no glaring or other side effect is created.

Braten applies the infra-red radiant heat produced by the surface combustion burner using metal fibers so that the thermal efficiency is exceptional and enabling enjoying foods without waiting a long time. This is an eco-green grill that does not produce any harmful gases or micro dust since the food is cooked from inside due to the nature of the top-down design. The top-down grill of Braten makes an eco-friendly multitasking grill since no harmful gases or smoke is produced due to no contacting the heat source while other downtop type grills using charcoals create PAH and other harmful gases from the meat fat and juice contacting the heat source.

7 Braten Thanks to the nature of top-down grill, foods are not stuck on the cooking plate and there is no spattering oil out of the plate. This is an eco-friendly grill that does not produce any smell while cooking or any smoke or harmful gas from burning the food because of the infra-red radiant heat. The structure of Braten is so unique that the lovely side grill cover transforms to the cooking plate. The small-sized grill located at the top of burner head uses the wasted heat and makes another fun factor as being utilized for various cooking: fondue, roasting garlics, frying eggs and others.
