10 Booking a private area at Café Mambo Café Mambo also caters for smaller functions such as intimate birthday parties, hen parties, baby showers, stag parties, team buildings and any other get together for groups of 10 to 150 people. Lapa Area R (11H00 till 18H00 or 19H00 till 02H00) (max 50 pax) The Lapa area is under a thatch roof and has the best ambiance as it is situated right by the swimming pool and the dance floor. It has it s own tables and chairs and can be decorated to your hearts desire. (Includes nonrefundable bar tab R800.00) Patio Area R (11H00 till 18H00 or 19H00 till 02H00) (max 80 pax) Seating under the African sky, if your one for the outdoors scenery this will be ideal. (Includes non-refundable bar tab R800.00)

12 Payment Information A 50% booking fee is payable within 7 days after receiving quotation to secure your booking. The outstanding balance must be settled no later than a week prior to your function. Cancellations: Less than 30 Days cancellation notice No refunds 30 Days cancellation notice 20% of the deposit amount will be refunded 60 Days cancellation notice 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded 90 Days cancellation notice 80% of the deposit amount will be refunded Payments: Payments must only be done after receiving a quote from Café Mambo.

13 Café Mambo Menu Options OPTION 1( SPIT BRAAI WITH FULL CATERING) The spit includes lamb meat with our mouth watering "secret" basting sauce, baby potatoes, onions and carrots as well as a choice of two of the following salads: Carrot and Pineapple, Italian pasta, Coleslaw, Potato, Rice salad and Curry pasta. We supply all crockery, cutlery and take it away. (Knives, forks, plates, serviettes and one serving table with table cloth and two salad bowls) R per person (Min 30 people)
