Pull the food grate out from between the 2 fire grates, load it with veggies and/or meat, and slide the food grate between the 2 fires. The infiernillo is repeatedly referenced and used in Francis Mallmann s book, Seven Fires. Options include steel curtains to place on 3 sides to contain heat and block wind, or a 3 foot high leg configuration (standard leg height is 5 feet) for firehouse barbecue. Buy extra sections to make a grill as long as your space allows! 10
