We use no microwaves or freezers. Make our own bread and ground beef in our premises every day. We select the freshest fish from local fishermen daily. Maintain the highest hygiene standards in our establishment. Please ask to be taken for a tour so you can see for yourself that we stay true to what we believe: Honest Food, Honest Practices Facts of Mediterranean Cuisine The Mediterranean diet consists mainly of vegetables and fruits, seafood, olive oil, hearty grains and legumes, caprine animal s meat and byproducts like cheese that help fight against heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes, cognitive decline and so much more.
