2 The BBQ Club The BBQ Club is a unique popup restaurant and interactive dining concept. Here s a step by step to how it works! 1. Guests are seated on long, custom made tables, which have a big green egg BBQ built in to them 2. Our team of chefs prepare a tasting menu, and one element from each course is finished on the BBQ, at the table, in front of the guests.. 3. Guests are given tongs, a timer, and expert supervision by our team as they are encouraged to baste, and turn the bbq element, and get involved in the finished product of their dish! 4. Diners can take in turns to become the tong master, or simply sit back and let our team take control- either way, it s a great way for groups and teams to enjoy good food together in a stunning environment in a fun and novel way like no other! 5. Guests end up being not only full, but happy! See below our BBQ Club testimonials from those who ve used us before! For example, Smoked Cauliflower Puree, Coal Baked Cauliflower, Pickled Pink Onions, Red Vein Sorril, Hazelnut Beurre Noisette- all of these elements will be presented in front of the customer, and then our team would place a Scallop on to the BBQ in front of guests and either place a timer in front and give instructions, or return after 60 seconds to turn the scallop, then place the finished bbq item on top of the rest of the dish, and then the dish is complete! 5 Activities & Packages MasterChef Experience BBQ Masterchef Teams are split in to groups, and pitted against one an other to become the ultimate masterchef team champions! Each team is given a table with a big green egg bbq, and a limited larder of fresh ingredients, spices and proteins to choose from. Each team then has to cook and present three courses, which are judged by our team of chefs to reveal a winning team! Throughout the challenge, bonus points are available to win premium ingredients in the hope of gaining an edge over your competitors to be crowned the ultimate King of the Grill!' Additional Entertainment Djs and Musicians (inc. separate sound system) 60 INCH TV Screen (perfect for world cup and wimbledon parties!) Make your own gin Master class! Get the chance to distill your very own gin before your meal, and then let the distilling process take it's hold whilst you enjoy your meal. After dinner, enjoy your very own home made gin and tonics on the river and choose from a selection of tonics and garnishes to make the ultimate customised riverside drink!

Everything went brilliantly - my guests were stunned to find we had a private restaurant on the South Bank, overlooking the Thames, we all had so much fun cooking our own dinners on the Big Geen Eggs, and ended up as my favourite night of 2017" Dan, We do not charge a venue hire fee for private hires but we work on a minimum spend based on the below.
