7 WE VE GOT GREAT TASTE Seared, Baked & lightly Warmed Fresh and Frozen Cooking Instructions For food safety, all meat items should be heated to internal temperatures of 165 Fahrenheit prior to serving. Gas or Charcoal Grill Pre-heat Grill to 350 Fahrenheit. Sear burgers 1 to 2 minutes on each side over direct heat to seal in juices. Move to indirect heat. Grill for approximately 6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit is reached. For juiciest burger, do not press during cooking process. Flat Top Grill Pre-heat Grill to 350 Fahrenheit. Cooking time varies dependent on size. 1-3 ounce products cook in approximately 4-7 minutes, while 4+ ounce products cook in approximately 8-15 minutes. Cook until internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit is reached. Frequently turn to avoid excessive browning. For juiciest burger, do not press during cooking process. Broiler Preheat your oven s broiler to 400 Fahrenheit. Place burgers on broiler-safe pan and cook for approximately 6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit is reached. Consult your owner s manual for specific broiling guidelines. Stove-Top Preheat a skillet or grill pan with 1 tsp. of oil, place burgers in pan, cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally, for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit is reached. For juiciest burger, do not press during cooking process. Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Heat product for minutes or until internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit is reached. Convection Oven Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Heat burgers for 6-13 minutes, or until internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit is reached. Shelf Life Frozen products must be kept frozen for optimum shelf life and freshness. Frozen Shelf Life = 270 days Burgers may be thawed in a refrigerator prior to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
