2 IS FIRE AND STEEL The story of the genuine and original Tundra Grill starts in Lapland where the food and warmth are valued and respected. The idea of the Tundra Grill was to create a fireplace for Lapland tepees for cooking food and creating a safe heating source as well as a pleasant atmosphere. The basic Tundra Grill model has been developed over the time into a open multifunctional fireplace used with firewood or coal and can be used in your garden, summer cottage or anywhere else where people gather together to cook and enjoy a meal. This is the meeting place of warmth, good food, and friends. With Tundra Grill, you can make your coffee, broil a salmon, grill and smoke meat and cook your casseroles and porridges. Durable and easily maintained open fireplace is an everyday luxury. Tundra Grill is easily and promptly assembled as it is in your yard or a terrace. Alternatively, Tundra Grill can also be installed indoors, for instance into a tepee, grill shelter or a summerhouse, where it creates warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. Installing a Tundra Grill indoors is easy and fast due to a complete chimney set. The optional chimney sets ensure smoke exhaust as long as air exchange of the structure has been considered correctly. Additionally, a chimney must always exceed the roof surface by about 80 cm, so that fire directives are met and a proper air outflow is ensured. Position folio sheets between the grill and board so that the fat drippings do not go directly to the fire but remain in the folio. Put the boards to an upright position in their frames at the edge of the fireplace. Cook the fish by the fire (without fire actually touching fish) for about 1-2 hours depending on the size of the fish.
