Select from one of our many ceremony styles based on your individual tastes and personality! - The Lakehouse in the Garden - The Lakehouse under the Oak - The Lakehouse in the Courtyard (special circumstances only) - The Lakehouse on the Balcony (parties of 30 and under) - Maison Lafitte Gazebo - Maison Lafitte Grand Entrance Ceremony Rental includes: - ½ hour rehearsal day prior; time must be coordinated with sales manager - 1 extra hour day-of; ½ hour for guest arrival & ½ hour for service - Ceremony coordinator - White chairs (up to 100; additional chairs $4/each) - Set-up and breakdown Please inquire with Sales Manager for Tent details for Maison Lafitte Tent is NOT included at The Lakehouse

Venue Rental $1,000 The Lakehouse OR Maison Lafitte Whole Venue Venue Rental includes: -3-hour Event (each additional hour is $500, plus bar extension) -3-hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown time -On-site event manager -Guests Tables and Chairs, White Linen and Furniture - All event equipment such as buffet and bar tables, serving-ware, chaffing dishes, flatware, silverware, glassware, etc. - Cake Cutting and Serving -The Lakehouse or Maison Lafitte décor and candles - Rental Fees are not included in the food and beverage minimum; minimums are determined by date and time of the event; sales manager can provide specific minimum based on your event details; if client does not reach minimum, the portion not met will be added to the Rental Fees
