5 Pastes Worldfood Pastes come in the following flavors, with different spice levels. Thai Creamy Chilli Kaffir Lime Paste A deliciously fragrant paste with spicy chillies and zesty kaffir lime. 6 Pastes There are 5 types of Curry Pastes. Thai Green Curry MILD Thai Yellow Curry Thai Red Curry HOT A mild spicy paste with green chillies, coriander, lemon grass and other authentic spices. A medium spicy fragrant curry paste perfect for preparing a quick and authentic curry with poultry, seafood or vegetables. A rich spicy hot red curry paste spiced up with Thai red chillies and flavored with authentic aromatic spices. Thai Masaman Curry A mild heat Thai-Muslim influenced curry with tangy notes of tamarind and an array of aromatic spices. 7 Pastes Indonesian Fried Rice Nasi Goreng A delectable paste made from tomatoes, shallots and chillies with a distinctive Asian taste. Nasi goreng is fried rice in Indonesian.
