1 FOREWORD Our Restaurant have been established with spicy, fragrant, light, fresh and tasty food cooking from around South East Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Truly a culinary adventure which is never boring. we have indulged ourselves with a large numbers of unique and flavourful Malaysian dishes created from our cross-cultural kitchen, borrowing between traditional Malays, Chinese and Indian. With remarkable and wonderful varieties of cooking style and the usage of fresh ingredients, are just two of the fascinating elements involved in the creation of our dishes to ensure the best of our cooking to be presented to our customers to enjoy. Therefore we have created an unique menu with a selection of dishes that offer the opportunity for those who dinning at Slow Boat to taste a wide variety of Oriental style cooking. We believe that good eating is essential to good living. Our Restaurant use ingredients, mixed sauces, herbs and spices imported from the Far-East, so most of our dishes contain some form or amount of common food allergen.
