1 WELCOME TO Siam Thai Lounge SAWAS DEE / HELLO We believe Thai cuisine is gaining an international reputation as one of the world s greatest well known cuisine. At Siam Thai Lounge, we only use authentic Thai ingredients, fresh vegetables and herbs. We serve the best in traditional Thai food. Our head chef is one of the finest Thai chefs in the UK, who specialises and has a tremendous experience in cooking. Our wines selected on the list are for both pre-dining pleasure and to complement with the dishes. The list comprises of the French, Australian, New Zealand as well as the new world selections. If you have any difficulty choosing our dishes on the menu, please ask one of our members of staff for help. Some of our dishes may contain traces of nuts, please ask members of our staff for detail.
