13 Booking Requirements Minimum numbers or spend may be required. TERMS & CONDITIONS Event Duration Dinners, luncheons and social events are based on a period of 5 hours with bar and any entertainment ceasing thirty (30) minutes prior to the confirmed finishing time. Confirmation of Booking Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received. We hold tentative bookings for fourteen (14) days only, and if we do not receive confirmation and a deposit we will release the room without further notice. In accordance with the Registered Clubs Act 1976 Section 23, all corporate bookings must be approved by the Board of Directors. Confirmation To confirm your booking we require a signed copy of this Event Booking Agreement to be returned to us with the requested deposit of $ A receipt of payment will be available to you. Audio Visual Any audio visual requirements need to be confirmed twenty one (21) days prior to the event. Use of equipment is only to be done by trained Wyong Rugby League Staff unless approved prior by Management. Signing In All members will be required to show current membership. All guests will need to sign in under the Registered Clubs Act Dress Rules Dress Regulations apply. Security Guard All 21st must pay for a security guard for the 5 hours. The club will organise the security guard, payment is from the person hiring the room. Payment The contract signatory is liable to pay all money due under this agreement. All catering accounts must be paid with Credit Card, Cash or Cheque prior to the event. Beverage accounts must be paid at completion of the event. We do not provide credit. Cheques should be made payable to - Wyong Rugby League Club. Pricing Policy Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices printed on menus these may change at the discretion of Management. Estimation of your event will be available if required. Payment of your event twenty one (21) days prior will confirm prices. Final Numbers The final numbers are to be confirmed at least twenty one (21) days prior to the event. This will be the guaranteed number. Increases are acceptable if adequate notice is given. It is your responsibility to notify us of final numbers. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or the number attending whichever is greater. Client Initials

14 TERMS & CONDITIONS Client Responsibility 1. The client assumes responsibility for all damage caused by them or any of their guests, invitees or other people attending the event, whether in the function rooms or in another part of the Club. 2. General and normal cleaning is included in the cost of the room hire charge, but additional charges may be payable if the event has created cleaning needs above and beyond normal cleaning. 3. The Management/Staff will take all necessary care but will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any client s property in the Club before, during or after a event. 4. The client is responsible to conduct the event in an orderly manner, and in full compliance with the House Policy and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to intervene if an event s activities are considered illegal, noisy or offensive. 5. The Management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guests it considers to be under age, showing signs of intoxication or behaving in an offensive manner. 6. The client/signatory is responsible for all financial accounts and monies due. 7. Beverage accounts are to be finalised and paid on the day of the event. 8. Catering accounts are to be paid twenty one (21) days in advance. Please be aware that your bond holds your event date ONLY. Although every effort is made to maintain prices as printed, these are subject to change until you confirm and pay for your event in full. Your bond will be refunded in full once your function/event is completed and there is no damage or cleaning cost incurred.
