1 L I B A T I O N S Ruby Signature Smoked Mule 16 House-Smoked Woodford Reserve Bourbon blended with Fresh Lemon, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur and topped with Q Ginger Beer. This lovely sipper is garnished with an Orange Wheel and served on the Rocks in a signature mule mug. Pumpkin Patch Margarita 14 A seasonal twist using Lunazul Añejo shaken with Dry Orange Curaçao, our own Pumpkin Spice Syrup, Fresh Lime and a touch of Allspice Liqueur. This is served on the Rocks with a Cinnamon Stick. Harvest Cola 13 Brown Rum mixed with Italian Amaro, Fresh Lime, Simple Syrup, a touch of Allspice Liqueur and topped with Cola. Served on ice in a Highball glass, this proves a strong, but quaffable & spicy drink with both bitter and sweet notes. Perfect for a cool evening. Smoky Apple Paloma 14 The smokiness of the Del Maguey Mezcal gives this classic drink a autumnal twist as it blended with Grapefruit & Lemon Juices, our House-made Apple Cider Syrup and a few dashes of Bourbon Barrel Bitters. Served on the Rocks and garnished with Dried Apple Slice, this is sure to warm your heart on a cool evening. Michter s Old-Fashioned 15 For this signature drink, we use Michter s Straight Rye, our housemade Demerara Syrup, and both Angostura & Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters. The drink is stirred and served over a Large Limestone-filtered Cube with expressed Orange & Lemon Peels. Kentucky Godfather 15 Knob Creek Rye mixed with Lazzaroni Amaretto, Maraschino Liqueur and a few dashes of Walnut Bitters. This gets served over a Large Cube with a Lemon Peel to create a warming drink for a cool evening. Tito s Blackberry Sage Sour 13 Our Housemade Blackberry-Sage Infused Tito s Vodka shaken with Muddled Blackberries, Fresh Lemon, Simple Syrup and a touch of Egg White to give a bit of Froth. Served up in a coupe with a Lemon Twist and a Fresh Blackberry, this drink is both brambly and bright with a touch of sweetness. Copper Skies 14 For this seasonal sipper, we use Kentucky s own Copper & Kings Apple Brandy shaken with Carpano Antica, Ramazzotti Amaro and a touch of our Housemade Grenadine. This is served up in a chilled Coupe Glass with a Twist. Barrel-Aged Sidewinder 14 Another signature drink for Ruby s, we combine Eagle Rare 10 Year with Rittenhouse Straight Rye, Cardamaro and a splash of Green Chartreuse. Shaken and served over a Large Cube with an Orange Peel, this drink is sure to start your evening off with class!
