Full on with a rich mouth feel and intensity, a medium dry blended perry. 6.5 Broadoaks Bristol Port Gwynt y Ddraig Black Dragon A fruity plum-coloured cider with an apple aroma. 6.0 The juice is fermented and matured in oak barrels to produce a cider rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh fruity aroma 7.2 Sandford Orchards - Devon Scrumpy Sandford Orchards - Fannys Bramble Ross on Wye Farmhouse Perry Snails Bank Apple Sweet Slightly cloudy and very full flavoured. Full of apple flavours with a pleasant bite and finish. Fermented straight from fresh apple juice with wild yeasts. A CAMRA award winner and a delightful example of a true, Devon Cider Still purple cider. A marriage made in a Devon lane. Blackberries and cider, a fruity joyous light and easy cider. Pale straw coloured. The nose is spicy with a touch of cinnamon. Some clove and a bit of light soft pepper. There is bit of faint sweetness and some lingering spice. Bright pear flavour Apple Sweet is an easy drinking and refreshingly sweet cider. Crafted using unfermented apple juice to sweeten the cider which results in a really fresh and appley taste Malvern Magic Perry Border Orchards Dry Swallowfields Cider Springherne Sweet Very pale colour, with characteristic silvery perry tones. Quite sweet with lots of succulent, juicy fruit. A small, craft Herefordshire cider using fruit from ancient orchards. Deep gold in colour with a dryish aroma of apples. Easy, with strength in the flavour and a lot more fruit at the finish. Made by monks at Ampleforth Abbey 6.0% 7.4 Dove Syke Ribble Valley Gold Cornish Orchard Vintage Dry Locally picked Lancashire apples are pressed and blended in the Autumn. The juice is naturally fermented throughout the winter to make a traditional cider. A Vintage Cider has a fresh, smooth finish with a rich apple aroma. Brim-full with the juice of bittersweet apples to give you the true cider taste. Ben Crossman A delightful example of a traditional "all-round" cider, with a fruity start and slightly sweet finish. It's naturally fermented and smooth tasting FESTIVAL ENTERTAINMENT This year the following musical events have been arranged for the beer festival evening sessions of Thursday, Friday and Saturday from around 8.00pm till last orders.
