2 With our wood panelled walls, luxury leather arm chairs and Italian marble, Bar Four offers the height of luxury when it comes to relaxing with a cocktail. With our team of hostesses providing table service, it is easy to just sit, relax and soak up the atmosphere. It is home to the original, never seen before artwork, by artist Paul Ygartua who attended Liverpool Art College with John Lennon and his first wife Cynthia Powell. The oil paintings on canvas show each of The Beatles with their favourite instruments. Our cocktail menu has been designed to blend together pre-beatlemania cocktails right up to modern twists and house originals bringing the history of cocktails and The Beatles together. The Fab Four - Strawberry Fields With Pepper 7.50 Grass infused vodka shaken together with strawberries and lemon thyme served up in a cocktail glass and garnished with a crack of black pepper. Jubbly Bubbly 7.50 Skyy passion fruit vodka, raspberry liquor and Chambord black raspberry liquor mixed together with fresh lemon juice and our homemade lemon thyme syrup served with crushed ice and finished with Prosecco. Honey Can t Buy Me Love Below honey vodka, Amaretto and chocolate liqueur mixed together with cream and finished off with fresh grated chocolate. Love Is All You Need Below honey vodka and strawberry liqueur shaken together with strawberry and raspberry purees served straight up in a cocktail glass and topped with rose Champagne. 5 - 2. Classics with a Twist and Shout - Luvly-Rita Tequila, lavender syrup and egg white shaken together with lime juice, served either straight up in a cocktail glass or on the rocks. (With or without salt rim). Orange Twist And Shout Mojito White rum, orange vodka and mandarin Napoleon mixed together with mint, lime and sugar served with crushed ice and topped with soda. The Beatle Colada Gold Caribbean rum and coconut rum shaken with a measure of coconut syrup and pineapple juice served long over ice and garnished with a banana leaf and a cherry. If I Fell In Love With Julep Kentucky bourbon slowly churned with mint and sugar syrup served with crushed ice and garnished with a mint sprig. Peppers 8.50 A large measure of our own chilli infused vodka mixed together with our own recipe of tomato juice and spices served with a celery stick and a lemon wedge. 6 - 2. Classics with a Twist and Shout - White Lady Madonna Gin and triple sec orange liqueur shaken together with lemon juice and egg white, served straight up in a cocktail glass. Daq In The USSR Gold rum and lime juice shaken together with gingerbread syrup and sugar. Served straight up in a vanilla sugar rimmed glass. Brandy Alexander Martell VS brandy, white chocolate liqueur and cream shaken together and served straight up finished off with grated nutmeg. (This was well known to be John s favourite tipple).

7 - 3. Hard Days Night Platinum Cocktails - Rocky Raspberry Racoon Home-made raspberry infused gin shaken together with lemon thyme sugar syrup and pureed raspberries. Served over crushed ice and garnished with fresh raspberries and lemon thyme. Ringo s Drumsticks Raspberry vodka and vanilla vodka mixed with white chocolate liqueur. Served straight up in a cocktail glass and garnished with a drumstick lollipop. The Apple Records Martini Apple vodka, apple schnapps and sour apple liqueur shaken together with a dash of apple syrup and served straight up in a Cancun. Finished with an apple and elderflower foam. Jaffa Here Comes The Sun Gold tequila, coffee liqueur and orange sugar syrup shaken together with a double shot of espresso. Served straight up in a cocktail glass and garnished with fresh grated dark chocolate and an orange zest. Piggies From Manhattan Smoked infused bourbon, sweet vermouth and maraschino liqueur mixed together with a few drops of cherry bitters. Served straight up in a cocktail glass and garnished with a cherry. Sitting In An English Garden Cucumber and elderflower shaken together with Hendricks gin and apple juice served in a tea pot and garnished with an apple and elderflower foam. (Serves three people).
