This cocktail base on Southern Comfort, Amaretto, Grenadine, lime and pineapple juice is named after one of the main roads that flows through Knutsford Gaskell Avenue 8.75 Elizabeth Gaskell was born and lived most of her on what is now called Gaskell Avenue in Knutsford. An imaginative author needs an imaginative cocktail. Enjoy this vibrant drink where Havana Club 3YO Rum meets Midori, mixed with passion fruit puree. Definitely a drink to savor. Legh Road 8.75 Looking out onto the Mere Lake, Gazing at the real estate dotted along the shores of Legh Road this cocktail with have you coming back for more. Chambord with strawberry liqueur shaken and strained. This is our twist on classic French Martini.
