2 Bramble london dry gin sugar blackberry SHORT Kicking things off with a classic: Bombay Sapphire sweetened with juice and sugar. Served over crushed ice, with a layer of blackberry liqueur drizzled into the base of the glass. Red & Berried tequila blanco blackcurrant raspberry It s tequila, but not as you know it Blended with Chambord raspberry liqueur, raspberry puree and juice, this tequila blanco number is sweet, vibrant and packs a punch. Tangerine Dream orange brandy london dry gin passionfruit mandarin All things orange - Aperol, Mandarine Napoleon and Bombay Sapphire shaken with passionfruit juice, juice and sugar for a tart, sweet, citrus tipple. Served with a dehydrated orange wheel. Elder Sour elderflower pineapple sugar A refreshing, fruity take on a classic sour combines St. Germain elderflower liqueur,, and sugar. 3 LONG Highland Sling A new take on your Whiskey & Ginger inspired by the highlands of Scotland. Monkey Shoulder scotch shaken with juice and a drizzle of Chambord. Topped with ginger beer. scotch whiskey ginger raspberry Yorkshire Rose Subtle flavours of rhubarb gin, strawberry liqueur and rose water combined with a summer spritz of sugar, juice and club soda. A sophisticated long drink option. rhubarb gin strawberry rose club soda Tiki Monkey Appleton Estate golden rum, Koko Kanu and Campari shaken with fresh lime, pineapple & passionfruit juice. Infused with aromatic bitters, and served with a pineapple sprig. Wild Turkey and a touch of sugar syrup shaken with and cucumber, topped with tonic. 4 Aviation london dry gin violet cherry STRAIGHT-UP A pre-prohibition cocktail which blends Bulldog gin, creme de violette and maraschino liqueur with juice and sugar to keep things classic. Lilac in colour and luscious in flavour. French Martini vodka pineapple raspberry An elegant cocktail featuring Finlandia vodka, pineapple juice and a drop of layered with Chambord raspberry liqueur and a raspberry puree. Foamy, and full of fruity flavours. Tipsy Tea tea-infused gin tea peach An in-house original. O ndina gin and freshly-brewed tea are married with peach schnapps, maraschino liqueur and pineapple juice. A squeeze of rounds it all off. Pornstar Martini vodka passionfruit butterscotch orange As if we d miss it off. Finlandia vodka laced with passion fruit liqueur and butterscotch schnapps. 5 MOJITO Cuba s holy trinity - lime juice, mint and white rum - muddled with sugar gives you the basis of any decent mojito. We use Bacardi Blanca to make this one great. Classic white rum lime mint sugar This one s a little fruitier. We blend three berry liqueurs (Chambord, framboise and fraise de boise), infuse the whole thing with mint and lime, and top with club soda. Berry blackcurrant raspberry strawberry mint This one swaps white rum for Finlandia Mango Vodka and passionfruit liqueur. Mint-infused pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime keep it tied to its mojito-roots. Tropical vodka mango pineapple passionfruit A truly Caribbean-take take on the classic made with Koko Kanu coconut rum. 6 vodka coffee liqueur espresso vanilla COFFEE Espresso Martini The undisputed champion of classic coffee cocktails: Finlandia vodka, coffee liqueur and a touch of vanilla shaken with freshly-brewed espresso for a boozy caffeine kick. Crème Brûlée cognac coffee liqueur espresso caramel Martell VS brandy is the base spirit here but the Kahlua Salted Caramel liqueur is the real star. An extra drop of caramel syrup alongside the espresso keeps it sweet and silky-rich. Cafe L Orange vodka espresso orange vanilla Grand Marnier, Finlandia vodka and vanilla syrup are added to the espresso this time for a drink which tastes more like a chocolate orange than a coffee cocktail. Truffle vodka hazelnut butterscotch espresso Sweet, nutty flavours courtesy of Frangelico, Finlandia vodka and butterscotch schnapps. 7 CHRISTMAS Irish Martini Dublin s answer to an espresso martini. Made to the same measurements as its classic older brother but the Jamesons and Baileys make it a whole lot creamier. Perfect for winter evenings. irish whiskey irish cream espresso vanilla New York Sour We ve revived a classic which has its roots on the East coast of the USA. It s a whiskey sour with a kick - courtesy of a red wine float. We use our house Shiraz, which works a treat Wild Turkey Bourbon. bourbon shiraz sugar Apple Strudel Cinnamon and vanilla-spiced liqueur, apricot brandy and cloudy apple juice shaken with lime to balance things out. Think sugar and spice and all things festive. cinnamon spice apricot brandy apple lime Crimson and Clover Spiced rum and triple sec married with a homemade orange and clove syrup. Crisp and refreshing with an almond finish. An Italian wine for Chardonnay lovers to try. Orvieto Classico 19 dry San Silvestro The queen of fine Italian white wine. This elegant wine shows mineral, zesty and floral notes, with a hint of spice. A great wine with food. Gavi di Gavi dry 25 Lake Chalice Marlborough A premium Sauvignon Blanc. 12 LIST WINE Red Barbera del Piemonte 17 light San Silvestro Ottone From the region of Piedmont, this Barbera is very approachable. Soft on the palate, but still full of ripe cherry and raspberry flavours. Cabernet Franc Chile medium 18 Oveja Negra A great, ripe Chilean blend. Rich, dark berry fruit and spice balanced by the herbal notes of the Cabernet Franc grape. A well-rounded red. Cabernet Sauvignon 19 medium Château Ksara Lebanon has been producing wine for millennia and they really know what they re doing. This one s a warm, intense, Mediterranean-style Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Sangiovese medium Malbec Argentina full-bodied Barolo full-bodied Carpineto Dogajolo Dogajolo combines the power and deep flavours of a young wine with an elegance that only comes from oak-aging. Cherry, coffee and vanilla notes. Piatelli An award-winning Malbec. A classically smooth and full-bodied Argentinine wine with a ripe bouquet of plum, dried berries and violet. San Silvestro Patres A stylish and robust Barolo, with the typical aromas of dried fruit, roses and tar. 13 LIST WINE Sacchetto Millesimato Vibrant and fresh, with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The same grape and production method as Prosecco but from the region next door. Sparkling Spumante 5 18 Canal Grando Classic, crisp and refreshing Prosecco with subtle floral character and a fruity finish. The perfect party fizz. Pinord +&+ This Cava, made in the same way as Champage, has the same elegance and complexity but its fresh Spanish grapes produce a livelier fizz. Collet Brut A bright, golden Champagne. Aromas of white flowers, zest and peach with delicate hints of spice and anise. Refreshing and complex. Bollinger Special Cuvee A full-flavoured, rich Champagne from one of the region s last remaining independent Champagne houses.
