The matters set forth herein are true and correct of my own personal knowledge. If called upon as a witness, I could and would competently testify thereto. 2. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of an October 29, from Mr. Ciardo to Mr. Blum that was produced by the Debtors in this case. 3. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a true and correct copy of a December 29, and attachment sent on behalf of Mr. Ciardo to Mr. Blum that was produced by Mr. Goldberg in response to a subpoena. 4.
