Accomplished and precise, Doom Bar is the epitome of consistency, balance and moreish appeal and is now the UK s no.1 selling cask beer. An enticing aroma of resinous hop, sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a balanced, complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malt and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The finish is dry and refreshing. The aroma of Pale Ale is a blend of stunning citrus notes, juicy tropical fruits and fresh-picked hops with a touch of candy floss. Named after the haunting cry that could be heard echoing across the ocean when gales howled through its craggy fissures, the sound warned sailors of its impending peril. Wolf Rock is a fusion of Red Ale and IPA styles and combines Noble and New World hops with our finest special malt to deliver its distinctive flavour and enticing red hue. At 4.8% be warned The Wolf is to be respected. Hop House 13: 5% Ibu A crisp and full-flavoured lager with subtle malty notes and fresh hop aromas with hints of Apricot and Peach. Named after an early 1900 s hop store building at St. James s Gate where hops are still stored, Hop House 13 is a double-hopped lager made with Irish barley and aromatic hops and continues the 256 years of heritage and brewing excellence at St. James s Gate. Hellweathers Tropical IPA Abv: 5.2% Bitterness: 33 IBU Hellweathers is a vibrant, contemporary, golden IPA. Brewed with Pale Malt and New World Hops to give the wonderful citrus and tropical fruit notes and robust bitterness you d expect from a New World IPA. Using only the finest West Country cider apples, our cider is fermented and matured in traditional oak vats for an exceptionally clean, natural, refreshing apple flavour. Orchard cider has a light golden, pale straw colour with a distinctly fresh apple aroma. A pleasing bitter-sweet body is finely balanced with a fresh apple flavour, leaving the palate clean and refreshed.
