Made in Burnley, Batch has achieved worldwide awards San Francisco World Spirits Silver Medalist and IWSC Silver medalist Best Gin and Gin and Tonic Inspired by the spice trail, Batch combines 12 rich botanicals including frankincense, myrrh, lemongrass, orange peel with juniper, all spice, cardoman, coriander, nutmeg to create a rich,savoury/spicy premium gin. 3 Malfy Gin key botanical is made from lemon peel sourced from the idyllic Amalfi coast. Six botanicals including juniper are added to a traditional vacuum still which holds the fresh lemons steeped in alcohol and then pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper before being distilled in a stainless still vacuum still. Nose Fresh lemon with a solid backbone of rich grain spirit. 4 Jawbox Gin is a Single Estate Gin. Named in honour of the famed Belfast sink. Distilled in a traditional copper pot a still to maximise the influence of the botanicals. Combing 'steep and boil' techniques with vapour extraction to preserve delicate flavours and aromas. The Nose Big, bold juniper and pine notes balanced with coriander and clean citrus The Palate Classic gin that becomes more complex on the palate. Starts with citrus and juniper, developing into pepper, green angelica and subtle rootiness. Fusing oriental botanicals with local Irish ones. The addition of the gunpowder green tea which has been slowly dried adds a bold and bright gin with a slight spicy freshness.
