Various factors have been taken into account in establishing the price increases for food and beverages. These include benchmarking against similar facilities in the Commons and externally, and price increases from suppliers. A flat percentage increase has not been applied across the product lines, but the average increase on food is 3.8% and on beverages is 3.3%.
