This drink is very pure, crisp and green - like a walk in the park, and the feelings endured through out every sip. Local herbs and fruits well blended with tiny tips of vodka. Pinus armandii, also called the Chinese White PineTree because of its evergreen foliage, considered by the Chinese as an emblem of longevity and immortality. We used the natural forest flavours of this tree and made a pine needle & black tea syrup to combine with bourbon, oregano and oak. An ice cold, spirit-driven whiskey cocktail with WAREHOUSE TO WANDERLUST LIGHT & DRY $108 WHEN IT RAINS, LOOK FOR RAINBOWS FRESH & FLORAL $148 Prepared like a Ramos Gin fizz. It is light and refreshing with a resemblance of milkshake or cappuccino foam. Instead of having dessert this cocktail is ideal after a meal. A very serious flavoured drink. Gin infused with the peel of the pomelo for 24 hours combined with a homemade tequila & champagne syrup - raspberry vinegar float.
