We only use quality spirits in our drinks, muddling, blending and shaking only fresh ingredients, preferably local. SALA SIAM SIGNATURES 290 Magic Purple Combined Ketel One Vodka, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice and Kaffir Lime Leaves in mixing glass and shake well. Strain into bottle then smoked with hickory woodchip into the bottle. Hua Hin Sling Combined infused Tanqueray Gin, Cherry Herring, Pineapple Juice, Apple Juice and Lime Juice in mixing glass and shake well before straining into glass. Mint Matoom Combined infused Ketel One Vodka, Orange Curacao, Vanilla Syrup, Mint Leaves into glass. Add crushed ice and churn well. Topped with Ginger Ale. Martini s 260 A descendant of the California Martinez cocktail, this drink owes its popularity to American prohibition when gin was sipped in speakeasies. We make ours carefully with either herbaceous gin or your choice of premium or house infused vodka, served to your liking. Classic Martini Gordons Gin or Smirnoff Vodka, Dry Vermouth or Sweet Vermouth, served with Olives or Lemon Twist. Mojito 260 A favourite of Ernest Hemmingway, this cocktail is a Cuban institution, which is why we churn Pampero Rum with fresh limes, brown sugar, fresh mint add a dash of soda to make this cocktail really come alive. 3 Daiquiri 260 Another exciting classic, with variations to please all taste. The name Daiquiri is also the name of a beach near Santiago, Cuba, where Jennings Cox invented this classic when he famously ran out of gin and began serving rum, lime and sugar instead; creating this sublime drink. Classic Daiquiri Pampero Rum, Lime, Sugar. Collins 280 A perfectly balanced sweet and sour drink with herbaceous tones of a carefully selected gin. The history of this drink stems back to early 1900th century England. Classically gin or vodka, lemon and sugar topped with soda. Choose from Gordons Gin or Smirnoff Vodka. Classic Collins Lemon and Sugar served with Gordons Gin or Smirnoff Vodka. Margarita 260 Invented in the 1940s, The Daisy as it is known in Mexico, remains a favourite worldwide. We make ours with a salt rim, Tres Magueyes Blanco tequila, triple sec, syrup and fresh limes, and serve them straight up, on the rocks or frozen. Classic Margarita Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, Fresh Lime Juice. Caipirinha s Caipiroska 280 A classic combination of Cachaca or Smirnoff Vodka with Brown Sugar and Lime Juice. Caipiroska Twist Varaitions 260 Smirnoff Twist Blueberry, Raspberry, Apple, Citrus or Orange.

4 Long Island Iced Tea 280 A refreshing twist on the long island classic; Pampero Rum, Tequila, Smirnoff Vodka, Triple Sec and Gordon Gin with Lime Juice and Lemongrass Tea or Cola. Cosmopolitan 260 Popularized by the King of Cocktails Dale de Groff, this drink heralded a renaissance of modern cocktails based on classic recipes. We use Smirnoff Vodka, Triple Sec, Fresh Limes and a splash of Cranberry Juice. Bloody Mary 280 Our favourite mix where we combine Spicy Tomato Juice, Citrus Smirnoff Vodka, our own Ginger and Garlic Worchester Sauce, a hint of Red Wine, Tamarind, Lime Juice, Pepper, Basil Leaves and Sriracha. Singapore Sling 280 The Singapore Sling was a drink created in or around 1915 at the Long Bar of the Raffles Hotel probably under the original name of the Straits Sling, renamed commonly and then officially the Singapore Sling sometime between 1922 and Mai Tai Designed by the world famous Trader Vic and named after Mai Tai Roa Ae which means out of this world in Tahitian. We classically combined Pampero Rum, Dark Rum, Orange Curacao, Almond Syrup and Lime Juice to create and exotic favourite. Thai Sabai 260 A firm favourite on our cocktail menu, this drink has a base of Lemon and Fresh Thai Basil Leaves, mixed with some Soda and Mekhong Thai Whisky.
