Rare Vineyards Marsanne-Viognier, Pays d Oc, France 6.40 SA blend of Rhône varieties grown in the warm 4.60 vineyards of the d Oc region of southern France. Unoaked, the emphasis is on fresh, lively citrus fruit, backed by notes of peach blossom; the finish is soft and rounded. 5 Red Wine Light simple, delicate red 8 Whispering Hills Merlot California, USA 4.95 A typically soft and juicy Merlot selected from 3.50 grapes which ripen to perfection under the warm Californian sunshine. Fermented and aged for a short time in contact with oak. A wine with supple tannins and ripe berry fruit flavours. 9 Cuvée des Vignerons Rouge Vin de France 5.35 Made using a blend of 60% Carignan, % Grenache and 10% Merlot grown in south-west France and vinified by the cooperatives of Argeliers and Cruzy to produce a soft, easy-drinking style. Juicy, medium-bodied, fruit-led red 10 Luis Felipe Edwards Lot Cabernet Sauvignon 5.65 Rapel Valley, Chile 3.95 Essence of Cabernet with cassis, bramble, a touch of mint and green pepper; well-structured but with the juicy fruit coming forward on the finish. 11 Marqués de Morano Rioja Crianza Tinto, Spain 6.65 A young Rioja made using the classic Tempranillo 4.75 grape. Matured only a short time in oak prior to bottling. Spicy, peppery, warming red Bottle 250ml 175ml 12 Mill Cellars Shiraz South-Eastern Australia 4.95 This Shiraz also has a little Cabernet Sauvignon in 3.50 it to add some structure. Plenty of brambly fruit on the palate backed with a touch of spice. 13 Passori Rosso, Veneto Italy A rich, smooth red wine, showing plum and dried fruit notes, produced from late-harvested Merlot, about 60%, and Corvino grapes. Added notes of spice and vanilla come from a brief period of oak-ageing. 7 Cocktails - All 6.50 A mixture of classic USA cocktails as well as a few bartender choice cocktails added to the mix: Madison Avenue Mojito A true classic. Fresh lime and demerara sugar muddled together before being twisted with Golden Rum and fresh mint. Finished off with a dash of soda. Long Island Iced Tea One of the true New York greats. A long and punchy mix of vodka, gin, white rum, tequila and triple sec, mixed together with lemon juice and sugar syrup before being topped off with cola. Long Beach Iced Tea The Californian cousin of the New York classic. Gin, vodka, white rum, orange liqueur with a splash of lemonade and finished with cranberry juice. Truly refreshing!!!! Purple Rain Prince s song is so famous they named a cocktail after it!!!!!! White rum, blue bols, vodka and Chambord blended with sweet & sour and served with a drizzle of grenadine. Sex & the City Cosmo Just like Carrie would drink it in The Big Apple. Vodka with orange liqueur, fresh lime and cranberry juice. Manhattan Margarita A refreshing drink and classic that we couldn t miss out. Tequila, triple sec and lime juice shaken hard and served straight up with a salted rim. French Martini A modern classic in the cocktail world!! Vodka and Chambord shaken together with pineapple juice. Queensboro Old Fashioned New York variation of a Bourbon sour. Bourbon with orange bitters, demerara gomme and orange rind. East Side Espressotini One of my favourites with a caffeine kick. Crafted with Kahlua, vanilla syrup, vanilla vodka and a shot of espresso topped with a layer of hazelnut cream. The Yankee Sangee Bourbon whisky with green apple liqueur, calvados and infused maple syrup. TriBeCa Bloody Mary Perfect accompaniment to go with your brunch. Chilli infused vodka, pineapple juice, salt, pepper, sriracha sauce and tomato juice. Tell us how spicy you d like yours. Mocktails - All 3.75 Fancy a cocktail but without the alcohol then try some of our bartenders choice mocktails: The 59th Street Bridge Apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, cinnamon and fresh lime.
