6 The Reunion Permit A Reunion Permit is necessary in order to serve alcohol to your guests, according to the regulations of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec. There are 2 available options: 1. Espace Reunion will provide you with the necessary documentation and will guide you through the process (no fee). The cost of the permit is covered by the client. Reunion Permit for service : $43.50, Reunion Permit to sale : $86 2. Espace Reunion will take care of duly filling the documents and necessary papers in order to obtain this permit, as well as making the request to the RACJ and delivering the permit. This option has a fee of $100 including the alcohol permit (86$). This option must must be discussed beforehand with your coordinator as some restrictions imposed by the RACJ apply. Non-profit organizations : please see your coordinator for the different options relating to your status. Please note that, under the laws of the RACJ, one alcohol permit is necessary for every room in which alcohol is consumed. The prices of the Reunion Permit are as of April 1st, 2015 and are subject to changes according to RACJ.
