Les halles de Paris, The company was founded by Georges Boiron and his brother. Les vergers Boiron launched the first frozen puree for professionals: raspberry puree in a 1kg bag. First frozen fruit puree without added sugar* for professionals: Passion fruit. It was the beginning of the development of the range of frozen purees, structured around red fruits, tropical fruits, citrus fruits and fruits of the orchard. Launch of concentrated frozen fruit preparations. Establishment of a new standard for the professional market: frozen fruit puree in 1 kg trays. Launch of frozen fruit coulis. Evolution of the 1kg tray. Move to the new Châteauneuf-sur-Isère site (13,000m² meeting HEQ standards). First frozen vegetable purees. Patent filed for semi-candied citrus fruit. Creation of the Boiron Frères Corporate Foundation for Transmission of Know-How.
