2 Start your evening with a complimentary drink on us! Our drink recommendations Choose from a classic cocktail or a glass of fizz Daiquiri This Caribbean favourite dates back to the 1740s. A blend of Bacardi, lime and your choice of fruit juice: choose from strawberry, raspberry or passion fruit. Piña Colada The official drink of Puerto Rico, this traditional Piña Colada is a tropical blend of Bacardi, pineapple, coconut, lemon and lime. Margarita Hailing from Mexico, this familiar cocktail fuses Sauza Gold tequila with the sharp citrus twist of lemon, lime and orange juices. Mojito A Cuban classic, allegedly the favourite tipple of Ernest Hemingway, made with Bacardi, lemon, lime, mint and sugar, to form a refreshing long drink. Earl Grey Iced Tea Treat yourself with Harry s twist on the classic prohibition cocktail. This recipe perfectly blends the flavours of Earl Grey tea with Gordon s, lemon and ginger. Raspberry Sling Our take on the classic Singapore Sling cocktail, we have created a fabulously fruity and subtly sweet long drink based on the recipe from the early 1900s. Puréed raspberries and blueberries are mixed with lemon juice and Smirnoff Red, finished with a splash of Chambord black raspberry liqueur. Glass of Prosecco The drink of the moment, served chilled and ready to enjoy. Kir Royal A delicious cocktail mix of rich crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), topped with sparkling Prosecco. Raspberry Chambord Bellini Raspberry Chambord liqueur is made with the world s finest black and red raspberries, combined with delicious honey and Madagascan vanilla. This is then delicately topped with Prosecco and a single raspberry.
