3 Holy Barrique Poli Barrique ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Barrique 1¼ oz (3,75 cl) Esprit de June Garnish: cherry Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down with a bar spoon. Pour the content into a chilled Martini glass. Add a cherry to decorate. A G E D G R A P PA Holy Barrique

4 Holy Moscato Poli Cleopatra Moscato Oro ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Cleopatra Moscato Oro ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Canadian Whisky ½ oz (1,5 cl) Red Vermouth 4 drops Angostura Garnish: cherry Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down stirring with a bar spoon. Pour the content into a chilled cocktail glass and add a cherry to decorate. A G E D G R A P PA Holy Moscato

5 Holy Morbida PO' di Poli Morbida ¾ oz (2,2 cl) PO' di Poli Morbida ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Aviation gin ½ oz (1,5 cl) Creme de violette ½ oz (1,5 cl) Maraschino ½ oz (1,5 cl) lemon juice Garnish: violet petals Pour the ingredients into a shaker e shake firmly. 6 Holy Secca PO' di Poli Secca 1¼ oz (3,75 cl) PO' di Poli Secca 1 oz (3 cl) Basil syrup 3oz (9 cl) Sweet and Sour Mix top soda Garnish: lemon slice Pour the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently. Add a lemon slice to decorate. YO U N G G R A P PA Holy Secca

7 Holy Aromatica PO' di Poli Aromatica ¾ oz (2,2 cl) PO' di Poli Aromatica 1 oz (3 cl) Mozart chocolate cream Garnish: Nutmeg Pour the ingredients into a shaker and shake firmly. Filter the content and pour it into a chilled cocktail glass. YO U N G G R A P PA Holy Aromatica

8 Holy Elegant PO' di Poli Elegante 1 oz (3 cl) PO' di Poli Elegante ½ oz (1,5 cl) Maraschino 1 oz (3 cl) Old Tom Gin ½ oz (1,5 cl) Red Vermouth 2 drops Boker s bitter Garnish: lemon zest Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down with a bar spoon. Pour the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass, add some lemon zest to decorate. YO U N G G R A P PA Holy Elegant

9 Holy Sarpa Sarpa di Poli 1 oz (3 cl) Sarpa di Poli ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Galliano ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Amaretto ½ squeezed lime Pour the ingredients into a shaker, shake firmly. Filter the content and pour it into a chilled cocktail glass. YO U N G G R A P PA Holy Sarpa

10 Holy Sarpa Barrique Sarpa Barrique di Poli ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Sarpa Barrique ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Brandy italiano ½ oz (1,5 cl) Maraschino ½ oz (1,5 cl) Orange Curaçao ½ oz (1,5 cl) liquid sugar 4 drops Angostura bitter 1 oz (3 cl) lemon juice Garnish: frosted sugar Lay some frosted sugar on the glass rim. 12 Holy Lamponi Lamponi di Poli 1 oz (3 cl) Lamponi di Poli 1 oz (3 cl) Gin ½ oz (1,5 cl) Raspberry syrup ½ oz (1,5 cl) Lemon juice Garnish: Raspberries Pour the ingredients in a shaker and shake firmly. 13 Holy Ciliegie Ciliegie di Poli ¾ oz (2,2 cl) Ciliegie di Poli 1¼ oz (3,75 cl) Gin 2 oz (6 cl) Sweet and Sour Mix Top with soda Stir the ingredients in a mixer or use the shake technique. Pour the content into a juice glass filled with ice. F R U I T B R A N DY Holy Ciliegie

15 Holy Mirtillo Poli Mirtillo ½ oz (1,5 cl) Poli Mirtillo 1 oz (3 cl) Vodka ½ oz (1,5 cl) Cointreau 1 oz (3 cl) Blueberry syrup ½ oz (1,5 cl) lime Garnish: blueberries Pour the ingredients into a shaker and shake firmly. 16 Holy Miele Poli Miele 1½ oz (4,5 cl) Poli Miele ½ oz (1,5 cl) Triple Sec ½ squeezed lime ¼ oz (0,75 cl) agave syrup Garnish: lemon slice Shake the ingredients in a shaker firmly. 17 The building of the Distillery is considered to be of major historical interest because of its por tico str ucture which is typical of the old Veneto r ural dwellings. It consists of 12 cauldrons completely made of copper as in the old times. It runs by means of steam and the distillation cycle is discontinuous.
