1 SUPER SMOOTHIE HIE TO ATOX
2 Smoothies are a great way to start your morning with a burst of vitamins, essential for keeping you focused and alert for the rest of the day. Also, drink as a pre or post workout treat to hydrate and replace essential minerals lost while exercising. With all these recipes, you ll add the ingredients in the order listed in a high powered blender, then blend until smooth. The recipe always makes enough for two servings so store one in the fridge to save time and enjoy later! ** Pre prepare your Fruiteatox lemon Daytox to use as an ingredient add 500ml of boiling water to two teabags and allow to brew. Cool in the fridge overnight and remove the teabags before using ** GREEN CITRUS CLEANSE 1 handful of spinach 1 kiwi, peeled 1 orange, segmented 1 apple, quartered 3 pitted Medjool Dates 1½ cups coconut water Perfect post-workout treat, the spinach gives a big hit of protein, iron, vitamins and minerals. SUPER ORANGE 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup carrot juice 1 medium banana 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup frozen mango This vibrant juice is packed with vitamin C and is a fab morning boost.
3 TOTALLY TROPICAL 1 cup mango chunks ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks 1 cup coconut milk 1 banana, frozen Transport yourself to a tropical island with this delicious combination! BERRY BLAST 2 cups of spinach 1 banana, peeled 1 cup of frozen berries 1/2 cup coconut milk ½ cup of pre-prepared lemon Daytox tea Spinach is loaded with nutrients and is a great way to get extra vegetables into your diet. PRETTY IN PINK 2 cups frozen strawberries 1 fresh banana 1 cup almond milk 1 cup ice 1 tablespoon honey Sweet and fresh, who can resist this pretty pink smoothie?!

5 CHERRY LEMONADE 1 cup frozen cherries 1/2 cup almond milk ½ cup prepared lemon Daytox 1 tsp honey 1 small handful of ice Refreshing after a workout and a great way to incorporate your lemon Daytox into your morning routine. BERRY & BEET 1 ripe banana 1/2 medium raw beetroot, peeled 1/2 cup raspberries 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey 3/4 cup ice SUNRISE SMOOTHIE 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries 2/3 cup coconut milk 1 1/2 cups frozen mango 2/3 cup orange juice Deep in colour and flavour, beetroot has been linked with increased stamina, so drink before a tough workout.
