Lapsang Souchong, used in our Asian Negroni cocktail, has long been hailed by herbalists for its health benefits. The antioxidants contained in this tea have been shown to help with heart health and are recognized for providing a calming effect. Our bartenders use this tea in a unique way, by first infusing the Lapsang Souchong into gin, and then mixing it with the cocktail s other ingredients which include Choya Shiso, Campari and Italian Vermouth.
