7 Hot night at the Village Breakfast edition Dark robust Porter, similar to base version but richer in body, with the addition of Cocoa Beans and Tahiti Vanilla. 8 Haraban Golden Ale brewed with Pilsner, Pale and Weizen Malts, just Continental Hops selected by our favourite hop farmer, Locher Hopfen in Tettnang and House Yeast. 9 Hopfelia Golden India Pale Ale, brewed with Pale, Munich and Maris Otter Malts. Same hop as Babél in quite high amount, with some extra-kilo of Simcoe, House Yeast. Intense bitterness, food-matching with barbeque, spiced dishes and aged cheeses. 14 Cherry Lady Sour Fruit Ale brewed with double fermentation: first in steel with Wheat Beer base, second in its own tank with Bio-Cherries and Raspberries from Dolomites, which let a spontaneous fermentation start thanks to fruit sugar and wild yeast on fruit peels. 15 Freewheelin Imperial-Double I.P.A., similar to Hopfelia but higher in alcohol, body and hoppiness, with a big addition of same hops, expecially in dry-hopping adjunct. Intense bitterness, same food-matching as Hopfelia. 16 Golem Light and fresh Pale Lager, with a gentle honey and cereal impression and a dry, herbal and medium bitter ending, thanks to most noble German Hops added in late adjunct. 17 Pale Mountains Ale Pale Ale on Babél base, with Pine Resin adjunct, strictly from P.E.F.C. certified Dolomite Forests. Results as a more resiny, complex Pale Ale, which speaks of our wonderful Pale Mountains and Nature Cycles they see from the Sky. Certified P.E.F.C. Beer.
