3 Light and Fruity 7 Cucumber Fizz Hendricks, Rose liqueur, Eldeflower, Lemon & Fever Tree Tonic water. Add a pinch of pepper and enjoy this beautiful refreshing cocktail! Eat Gin Sleep Hendricks gin, elderflower, cranberry and apple. It is simple and delicious! Cherry Bakewell Grand Marnier cherry, Licor 43, Reyka vodka, crème de mure, orgeat syrup & pineapple juice. A homage to Mr. Kipling himself. Solero Disaronno, Sailor Jerry, Pineapple & Passionfruit. A dash of coconut and a dash of grenadine. One of our most popular cocktails. It is just really good. Rhubarb Daiquiri Sailor Jerry s, rhubarb, lemongrass and ginger syrup, lime, sugar. This adaptation of the classic Daiquiri is something very exciting!

4 With a Saint Bar whiff 8 Perfume of Italy Brokers gin, Aperol, lemonade and orange bitters. Orange & Grapefruit. With a sugar rim, Italy in a glass! Perfume of Sicily Limoncello, Pinot Grigio, lemon juice, sugar syrup and cold water. Imagine yourself sipping this cocktail on an island in Italy. Perfume of Spain Gin Mare, Extra virgin olive oil, orange juice, lime, cucumber & mint. An extra-ordinary mix which will bring you straight to Valencia! Jo Malone 2.0 Inspired by a Jo Malone fragrance. A sweet mix of green almond, orange bitters & redcurrant topped with a glorious measure of Prosecco. Pear Bouquet Havana 3yo, Xante, Pear puree, Apple Juice, Lime juice. Created to meet the desires of a very needy guest one night, it s actually really tasty. We like it, it goes on the menu.

5 Sour Cocktails 8 We use egg, lemon & sugar to create all our sour cocktails using the traditional method. We are able to adjust sweet & sour nature of the drink to you taste so please be sure to let our bartenders know. Russian Sour Russian standard vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup, ginger, egg white & basil. Disaronno Sour Disaronno, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white. Sour Shoulder Monkey Shoulder scotch, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white. Turkey Sour Wild Turkey 101 bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white. 6 Winter Creations 8 El Fuego Espolon Tequila, lime and coconut. Served with a chilli cracker rim. Variation of the classic Margarita, el fuego means The fire in Spanish and you will soon understand why we named this cocktail that way! Cosy Apple Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Apple, Honey & Lemon. Served Warm! Inspired by our Canadian friends, this cocktail will make you feel at home, next to the fireplace. A Saint s Bar favourite this winter. La Marianna Drambuie, Xante pear cognac, honey, lemon & orange curacao. Give me Xante any day. Lovely mixture from our Italian mixologist Danilo! The Rhubarb Triangle Russian Standard, Grand Marnier, Rhubarb syrup & lemon juice. Straight outta Yorkshire. Rasperry & Coconut Daiquiri Koko Kanu Rum, Rasperry liqueur, Coconut Syrup, fresh rasperries & Lime. This one is a team effort, raspberry & coconut actually goes well together and this cocktail proves it. Enjoy!

7 Champagne Cocktails 12 Bellini / Rossini Choose between these two classics! Crème de Peche or Strawberry Liqueur to sweeten your Thienot Champagne! French 75 Thienot Champagne layered over a fine line of bitters and Hendricks gin shaken with fresh lemon and sugar. Kir Royal A French cocktail made with a measure of crème de cassis topped up with Thienot Champagne. Jo Malone 2.0 Inspired by a Jo Malone fragrance. A sweet mix of green almond, orange bitters & blackcurrant topped with a glorious measure of Champagne. La Tour Eiffel Calvados, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup topped up with our beautiful Thienot Champagne. Glorious! Mimosa Thienot Champagne and orange juice. It is simple and it does the work. There is nothing wrong about this cocktail. Recommended for brunch time!

8 Something Strong 8 Old Fashioned Wild Turkey bourbon, sugar & bitters. A bartender favourite, this cocktail is stirred for a little while in order to get the perfect texture. Orange peel garnish to make it beautiful. Rum Old Fashioned Rum, sugar & bitters. Same story than the classic old fashioned but with Rum. Woods navy Rum 8 Appleton Negroni Campari, Gin Mare and Cinzano Stir gently until the texture is just about right. Classic bittersweet Italian drink. Would you like to try it with a coffee twist? Manhattan Wild Turkey Rye bourbon, Antica Formula & bitters. Classic! Saint Bar English Martini Hendricks, St Germaine Eldeflower, Crème de Rose, Thyme & Rosemary. Strong & Sweet. Beautiful thing.
