3 BOB S NAVEGANTE CLASSICS Our bespoke Navegante rum was created in collaboration with Richard Seale of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. Navegante, which means navigator is Spanish, takes its cue from the relationship between rum and seafarers on their long voyages through the sea. Neat Savour the full flavour of this aromatic spirit for a uniquely spicy, woody taste with creamy hints of vanilla and raisin. The rum was aged for three years in ex-bourbon American Oak, followed by five years in ex-cognac French Oak. Wild Rock, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, Sourced from the wild, rocky soils of Marlborough this wine shows on the nose of fresh aromas of white peach, pale lemon straw with green hue, fresh green herbs, blackcurrant bush and wet river stones. A lovely rich fruit core of citrus and apple is balanced with fine acidity for a soft yet pleasantly dry finish.

The young, fruity and clean 14 Aruma is pure Malbec with aromas of raspberries, strawberries and plums that are quite attractive and fresh. The palate is very soft with unnoticeable tannins and a juicy texture with berry flavors. A nice, young Malbec. Chateau Peyre Lebade, Bordeaux, France, Beautiful intense crimson colour with violet hints. Very ripe red fruits on the nose (blackcurrant, plum and strawberry) with Fine liquorice and spicy notes, on the palate, the attach is smooth with very soft tannins. A finish with a lingering fruit taste. Kerlann Bourgogne Cuvee H Pinot Noir, Burgundy, France, The wines are harmonious, fruity with an elegant equilibrium simply delicious to drink. Bolla Il Calice Valopolicella Classico, Italy, This wine is made by 75% of Corvina and 25% of Corvinone grapes with a very little percentage of Rondinella all picked at the end of September. It has an intense ruby red color with deep garnet reflections. The smell is remarkable with black fruits with a dry, sapid and harmonic taste with a very berry aroma. St Hallett Gamekeeper s Shiraz, Barossa, Australia, Lifted and pretty bouquet with lively purple fruit characters and a floral hint. There is a deeper, savoury layer that adds complexity. Pure red fruits and lifted spices of cinnamon and nutmeg are encased in soft coating tannins on an elegant palate with a long, savoury finish. ROSÉ WINE Glass Bottle 150ml 750ml Perle de Roseline Rosé, Provence, France, The Château Sainte Roseline has been producing quality wines since the 14th century. The domaine strives to achieve the highest quality in the vineyard by using green harvest methods, limiting yields, and harvesting at night. Wines are produced with a full gravity process that avoids pumps. Bright pink color dress, Notes of white fruits, grapefruit on the nose. The attack is frank and lively, one finds the citrus flavour, spicy notes and freshness of a rosé from Provence.
