1 Caramel Sunset 1 1/2 oz Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky 3 oz orange juice 1 oz grenadine Maraschino cherry and orange wheel or curled zest for garnish Pour grenadine, then Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky, finally orange juice over the back of a spoon slowly pouring in layers into a martini glass. Garnish with maraschino cherries and a curled orange zest or wheel (Being careful to disturb layers as little as possible) - Cherry can be skewered onto pick onto orange which can be placed on rim to avoid disturbing layers) Caramel Ginger Mojito: 1/4 oz ginger liqueur 1/4 oz lime juice Club soda 1 cube brown or white sugar Fresh lime wedges 2 Kaffir limes leaves 2 Mint leaves In a tall highball glass, combine sugar with one Mint and one Kaffir leaf and muddle. Add ice and remaining two leaves for garnish. Add Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky, ginger liqueur, lime juice, and stir till cold. Add club soda to fill. Garnish with fresh lime and add straw. 1

2 Caramel Ginger Snap 1/4 oz Ginger Liqueur, 1/4 oz lime juice Lime wheel and curled lime zest Crumbled ginger snap cookies Garnish rim of a coupe-style glass with crumbled ginger snap cookie (Wet outside of glass with lime juice and dip or sprinkle). Mix first three ingredients in a tumbler, add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into garnished coupe-style glass. Add lime wheel and curled lime zest for final garnish. Velvet Mudslide 1/2 oz Chocolate liqueur (dark) 1 oz cream or Half and Half Dark chocolate for grating A slice of salted caramel candy Combine first three ingredients and shake with ice for 20 seconds. Pour into old fashioned-style (rocks) glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate and a slice of salted caramel candy on the rim 2

3 Caramel Apple 3 oz Apple cider Cinnamon for garnish Combine first two ingredients over ice and stir until well chilled. Garnish with grated cinnamon. Caramel Libre 1 1/2 oz Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky 4 oz Cola ¼ oz fresh lime juice Lime wedge for garnish Combine first three ingredients over ice and stir until well chilled. Garnish with fresh lime wedge. Carmelita 1 1/2 ounces Black Velvet Toasted Caramel 1/2 ounce orange liqueur 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice Fresh lime Salt Moisten the rim of a coupe-style or margarita glass with a wedge of lime and dip in salt. Pour first three ingredients into tumbler over ice and stir until chilled. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a fresh lime wheel. 3

4 Toasted Caramel Manhattan 3 oz Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky 1 oz red vermouth 2 dashes bitters Maraschino Cherry or lemon zest spiral for garnish Stir first three ingredients with ice in a tumbler until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry or lemon zest spiral Caramel Cream Coffee 1 1/ 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur 1/2 oz coffee liqueur Splash milk, cream, or half & half 4 oz fresh brewed coffee Grated nutmeg for garnish Caramel-Orange Cocktail 1 oz sweet red vermouth 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice 4 dashes orange bitters Nutmeg, grated for garnish Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a shaker over ice. Shake until well chilled. Pour into a chilled coupe-style glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Pour the first three ingredients into an Irish coffee mug. Fill with fresh brewed coffee and top with a splash of milk or cream. Stir to mix. Garnish with grated nutmeg on top. 4

5 Salted Caramel Truffle 1/2 oz Chocolate liqueur (dark) Lime wedge Coarse salt Dark chocolate for grating Rim a martini glass with salt (Use a lime wedge to moisten the outside rim and dip in coarse salt). Stir ingredients in a tumbler with ice until cold. Strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate. Hazelnut Carameltini 1/2 oz hazelnut liqueur Maraschino cherry Slivered or whole almonds for garnish Combine first two ingredients in a tumbler. Stir with ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and slivered or whole almond(s). Peach Cobbler 1/2 orange liqueur 1/2 oz peach liqueur Orange or lime zest Fresh sprig of rosemary Add first three ingredients over ice in a tumbler. Stir slowly until very cold. Strain into a martini or coupe-style glass. Garnish with sprig of Rosemary and orange or lime zest. Variation: Add a squeeze of lime or a chili rim 5

Garnish with grated cinnamon. Caramel Milky Way Shooter 1 oz Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky 1/4 oz Irish cream liqueur 1/4 oz chocolate liqueur (dark) Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a shot glass. Samoan Shooter 1 oz Black Velvet Toasted Caramel Whisky 1/4 oz coconut rum or vodka 1/4 oz chocolate liqueur (dark) Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a shot glass.
