3 10 DOLLAR SHAKE Founded in 2010, we are an Aberdeen-based venue operator and event catering company who deliver a boutique and high-end imbibing experience through a pop-up bar, a handful of passionate, talented bartenders and unique locations, such as country houses, marquees, west end offices and art galleries. In October 2012 we opened our first bar/restaurant, The Tippling House. Located on Belmont Street in the cultural district of Aberdeen, The Tippling House is an intimate late-night venue with casual dining, artisan cocktails and attentive service. Less than a minute s walk away, nestled into the courtyard of The Academy Shopping Centre, is our newest venue Rye & Soda, which balances an urbanrustic interior with an outdoor terrace. 4 TASTINGS ACADEMY Our tastings academy offers wine and spirit tastings for groups as little as 4. These can be hosted by our expert ambassadors in one of our venues or at a location of your choosing. Our most popular tasting categories include malt whiskies and gin, however we can also host tastings for wine, Champagne and even Japanese or American whiskies. Prices start from 25pp. BOTTLE SHOP Our bottle shop in Rye & Soda offers a well-informed selection of 60 wines, DIY cocktail kits by Shaken Cocktails and a diverse range of gins, including local and Scottish favourites. We ve listed our wines according to your needs, so whether you are having a Netflix & Chill evening, meeting The Book Club or hanging out with some hipster friends (Wines for Modern Beards), we ve got a wine for you. For a small corkage, you can even enjoy the wine in Rye & Soda, perhaps with one of our cheeseboards or over dinner.

5 EXTERNAL EVENTS As well as the option of hosting an event in one of our venues, our versatile portable bar solutions are the perfect way to enjoy the 10 Dollar Shake experience at your chosen venue. POP-UP BARS Our pop-up bars are an ideal way to impress clients, employees, family or friends. We set-up a fullyfunctioning cocktail bar and serve exquisitelypresented mixed drinks to your guests. We have a selection of made-to-fit options but if you would like a more bespoke service, get in touch with us and we ll add some creative flair to your event. We use only the freshest, seasonal ingredients in our cocktails to complement our range of premium spirits. All quotes are inclusive of pop-up bar, bartender(s), glassware, stock/ingredients and ice. WEDDINGS 10 Dollar Shake can add that unique touch to your wedding day with a range of bar solutions from portable licensed bars and cocktail receptions to vintage-styled bartenders and bespoke drinks lists. 6 (bookings available online) Opening Hours Tuesday - Thursday 10.30am - 12am Friday / Saturday 10.30am - 1am Sunday 10.30am - 12am (closed on Mondays) Rye & Soda is an Anglo-American brunch cafe by day, bar/restaurant by night serving modern British cuisine along with an extensive gin range (complete with tasting notes), local and international craft beers, and classic and contemporary wines. Our unique wine list is available by the glass or carafe, allowing greater exploration of our menu. Alternatively, you can enjoy a selection of 60 wines by the bottle by the bottle, including sparkling wines from France, England and Italy. With this magnitude of choice, we hope to exude a warm welcome to those who wish to dine with us or join us for drinks.

7 GROUPS & PRIVATE HIRE At Rye & Soda, we can accommodate groups and team meetings of various sizes. For smaller groups, our dedicated meeting table seats 8 guests for dining or 10 for drinks. Refreshment and meal packages can be arranged. BYOB T U E S DAY S For larger groups, we can offer partial or exclusive hire (minimum spend may apply), perfect for client entertaining or team events such as Christmas parties. Our indoor seating capacity is 40 (additional seating can be arranged) with a further 30 seats on our outside terrace. Our bar area enjoys a mix of bar stools, high tables and standing room. 8 The Tippling House is a subterranean late-night tavern serving boutique spirits, hand-crafted cocktails, fine Scottish ales and inspired casual dining. Our bartenders are highly-trained & passionate our very own in-house artists in balancing flavours. They thrive on using their extensive knowledge to ensure your experience is bespoke to your tastes. We re night creatures at The Tippling House and our kitchen is no exception; our North American-inspired menu is the perfect solution to satisfy evening hunger. Dinner service runs between 5pm-10pm, and home-cooked bar snacks are served from 4pm until one hour before closing seven nights a week. On Saturdays, we open for brunch and spirit/wine tasting flights from 1pm. GROUPS & PRIVATE HIRE Our cosy booths and chic high wooden ceilings make perfect surroundings for intimate occasions and small corporate events. Table service is provided by our attentive waiting staff and we can accommodate groups of up to 50 for dining, offering partial or exclusive private hire on request (minimum spend may apply). Groups exceeding 12 have the option to enjoy our canapé menu and access to either private tables or free use of more sociable areas within our venue. Tell us your needs and we ll do our utmost to accommodate them.

9 PAIRED DINNERS We regularly host in-house, expertlypaired dinners in collaboration with our favourite spirit brands and wine suppliers. Past pairings have included Balvenie, Glenfiddich and Aberlour single malt whiskies, Domaine Jones Wines, Portobello Road Gin and Fever Tree Tonic. 10 X X X Bos n is a Latin American rum bar offering street food snacks and a love of all things rum and agave. Our concept is upcycled and reused, from the pallet furniture to the use of coffee sacks. Our range of beers hail mostly from Central America and the Caribbean, and alongside our fun, unpretentious cocktail menu (yes folks, we have umbrellas ), there are party drinks aplenty. Our easy-going bartenders delight in using their creativity to improve your experience, so feel free to ask them for recommendations. BOS N LOVES PARTIES! X X X X X X Booking your party at Bos n is simple. We can accommodate as little as 4 guests and can offer a dedicated area or exclusive access to the venue for up to 100 guests (minimum spend may apply). Our Bos nacks street food menu can be served individually or as sharing platters with the added option of welcome drinks and/or a pre-paid bar tab for your guests. For an additional fee, we can arrange one of our resident DJs to play music to your taste; everything from disco, house & hip-hop to classic rock, indie & rockabilly.
