St. George Terroir Gin To emphasise the big character of St. George gin (which is a tribute to the terroir of Northern California), we use a cognac glass filled with forest mist, a squeeze of lemon and botanical mix of elderflower, chrysanthemum, eucalyptus greens and pine St. George Dry Rye Gin This uniquely malty gin is served with raspberries and a boosting mix of wormwood and quassia bark. Best described as fruity and aromatic. Sipsmith London Dry Gin We serve this heavily awarded, iconic small batch British gin in a tall wine glass with a squeeze of lemon and botanical mix of orris root, dried chamomile, lemon peel and gentian root.
